Can i run fall out 3 with this system 9 Core™2 Duo Processor T6500 - 2.10 GHz, 2 MB L2 Cache, 800 MHz FSB?

All of those games except Hitman are not going to happen. Onboard video means you have to share your system RAM, uming you have the fastest onboard graphics the world can offer on the fastest processor known to man you are still not going to be able to run these games. Because the system RAM has to do double duty (handle game engine and physics + OpenGL). To further rub salt in the wound, system RAM is generally slower clocked than VRAM, this means even if the RAM was triple channel and each channel was feeding each major game aspect (game engine, physics, and GFX/OpenGL) it would still be stupidly slower than GDDR3 running at its ridiculous speeds.
