This is confusin!!! What does this mean?

so my friend tracy likes this guy named george and well he likes her also but he doesnt really admit it when he is around is friends or ex's... but she really really like him and doesnt know what to do and well george is moving and i believe that they have a lot of feelings for each other and dont know what they are going to do with them....when they are with each other they dont have any control..they forget about everything around them and what they are actually doing..the make out everytime that they hang with each other also.....she needs my help but i dont know what to say/do its really confusing so if anyone can help it would be a big big big favor!!!!
