To what extent has the history of Mesoamerica(Aztecs) been taught from a Eurocentric perspective?

Yeah umm, since the aztec civilization died out completely, there is no other perspective other than eurocentric (or whomever else does the studying these days). So that basically means a 100% eurocentric perspective by default. You can't get an idea of what their history meant from their point of view because no one is left to give that point of view.
