What should I do to study for the PSAT's?

I'm a sophmore and I plan on taking the PSAT on October 18 at my school. The PSAT will only count my junior year so I'm taking it now to get a feeling for it. MY question is, if someone could create a study plan for me. Like what should I study and review? How many days a week? How long? Please answer all questions and I'll pick you as best answer!!!
