Do supplements need to be introduced gradually?

Rule of thumb is to introduce them gradually. You have to watch them and check the behavior of your horse for reactions to it. Sometimes a blend can really make them very ill. That is why it is suggested to do it slowly so their body has a way to adjust to the product with out making their little tummys sick.
