Where can i get a professional photographer for headshots?

Where can i get a professional photographer for headshots . i need a picture of me that is on either light blue, light grey, or sand color parchment paper. i need it for auditions/acting. Also, i need to know if they can print my name and any union affiliations on the bottom corner or border of the photo itself. i live in LA, CA. please please please tell me where i can find a photographer. i need the address, number, etc. Thank You So Much. if you really helped me then i will pick you for best answer. :]
