Will a 3.33 gpa in the first semester of high school affect the colleges i'm accepted into?

i have a 3.33 with 2 B+ 2B 1A and 1A- and i have 2 honors courses but, i'm joining track and i'm currently the top member of all of my 4 clubs and being the only member that isnt graduating in 2 years, i'll become president of 2 of them in junior year. do i have a chance in being accepted into good colleges if i improve my grades steadily?
