Do you think the Black Eyed Peas would still be the same without Apl.de.ap and Taboo?

I've been noticing that will.i.am and fergie are always taking the lead vocals in most of their songs and it seems to be a bit unfair. If it's like that, then what's the point of Apl.de.ap and Taboo even being in the group if they don't get to sing as much as they do. I even know that Apl.de.ap composes the songs with will.i.am but he doesn't get a major part like will.i.am. So in your opinion, would the Black Eyed Peas still be the same without Apl.de.ap and Taboo?
