How can i make my room prettier/ cleaner?

ok, so im only 13 and i live in a VERY old mansion. so my room is HUGE, complete with fireplaces and chaise lounges. my carpet is stained, and my room is VERY empty! desk/ bed doesnt do much. its not like i can just go full out and re do it or buy expensive PBteen stuff, since we are moving in the near future, and my dad doesnt want to take a bunch of crap with us. My clothes are tered EVERYWHERE, and every time i step in it i feel overwhelmed. i need more objects and a cleaner room. PLEASE HELP!
