I'm pregnant, what does my dream mean?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and last night I had a dream that has been bothering me all day. I was fishing at a lake. I was 12-15 feet about the lake on a dock. I was catching one huge fish after another. Then I couln't pull this fish up. I finally got it out of the water and there was a boy about 6 years old(i didn't know) hooked through the neck and he wasn't moving. I pulled him up and started doing cpr, but then I got worried that wouldn't work, so I sat him up and started 'burping' him. Immediatly he started projectile vomiting red lego's and he lived. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this meant? I'm stumped.
