What is the big deal about the superbowl?

We may showcase it, but seriously there were estimated 100 million viewers worldwide. That may sound like a lot but its not. The World Cup had viewers of 2 Billion. American Football is a great game but it is so complicated and there is to much time between plays that it will never catch on with the rest of the world. I love the game but it is an American thing, I wish the world liked it but they don't no big deal.
