As a Christian, Should i respect Islam?

Yes you should respect islam, it's not like by respecting another religion you will be converted out of christianity. For the good of everyone, we all need to respect each other. Im a christian as well, and i agree that there are many aspects of the islam religion that i do not agree with, but that's just cause that's not my religion so i would never understand it but i will always respect them. I have 2 very close muslim friends.
