Which state league players do you think could or should be given a chance in the AFL?

There is this guy that plays for Swan Districts, Wolfoden or something. He has long dreadocky sorta hair, and is a marvellous player. He represented WA this year and was one of the favourites for the Sandover medal. About 23 years old, would love to have him at west coast!
