Why did the left raise hell when we went after Saddam, but the US finances NATO in Libya to CRICKETS from them?

Because we went in on a false premise and stayed there even though we discovered we were wrong. Iraq didn't have any WMD's, even though we gave them some to fight Iran back in the 1980's and that is why we "had" to return. And we need to be in Libya because Qaddafi is an evil dictator that will kill and oppress more people if we don't help depose him. And guess what? We were the ones who put him in power back in the 1980's! Guess Reagan wasn't so great after all.
