Can this be the solution to the electoral college?

i live in texas and i am going to vote for obama but im pretty sure mccain is going to win texas. and thats true for most of the other states and one candidate is going to win for sure. so how about we do this. we should multiply the electoral college vote by the percentage they get in the state. say for example texas has 32 electoral college. and if mccain wins 60% of the votes then he gets 19.2 electoral college vote and obama get 40% then he will get 12.8 electoral college vote.
