Does this PC look decent?

The graphics card is no good. You would be able to play Sims 3, but the graphics is really not good there. Yes, you can install a better graphics card, but question here is if you really want to buy a computer, and go into its guts straight away. Another question here, if you actually would void warranty if you swap the graphics card. I'm afraid you will.
