Physiology question for my homework?

A group of cells goes through mitosis, but the newly formed cells don't enter into the Go (G sub-zero) phase of the cell cycle, but enter directly into G1 (G sub-one) and continue through the cell cycle. If this continues over a long period of time, what is a health condition that may result from this continual growth?
