Spider Bite?

I was dreaming that I was in the house with my dad, he was watching tv, I was in my room. A huge spider jumped on the back of my neck and bit me. I ran to my dad to tell him, and we could see the spider venom going down my spine in a black line, spreading rapidly. All of a sudden we are at a hospital & my dad is frantically trying to get a docter to help me, but there is no one but a nurse available & says that she can't help us and all the docters are currently busy. While my dad is running up and down the corridors of the hospital to find a docter, the venom is spreading further down my spine. What does this mean? Considering that me and my dad are not living close to one another. He is living overseas & I only see him once a year. Please help, if anyone could give me an answer it will be much appreciated.
