This guy upset me on purpose. How do I deal with him?

Not sure if you are genuinely annoyed by him. If you have two minds about his unwelcome attention, he knows it, and will persist. If you are sincere, just give him a real loud shout for all to hear, and I am sure he will vamoose doubly fast! Be honest with your self. Are you not flattered by his attention?????
