Why is it that Ronald Reagan & George Bush can have a hundred airports and aircraft carriers named after them?

...but when Kim Jong-il or Hugo Chavez or Saparmyrat Niyazov does this, Americans get their panties in a bunch and start screaming "personality cult"?
