Lam probe scarred my face?

I had lam probe done on my face eight weeks ago. I now have scarring, layers of skin missing (pock like marks) on the areas that were treated. The woman who did the procedure says this is normal and will fade, I find this hard to believe at this point. Has anyone had this done, is this normal? Is there anything I can do? Should I seek legal advice. I signed a consent form, does it cover ruining my face? I look worse now that before treatment!!

It is hard to answer this without the nutritional information directly in front of us but here is the information to go to help. First off it is best to limit your options to either the bran flakes or Kashi as they are less processed then the cheerios & will retain more of their nutritional value. That being said, I would recommend the all bran bran flakes. You have to check your specific cereals calorie count as ultimately that will decide how many calories you will have to burn to lose weight. However, comparing the kashi with the all bran bran flakes that I have there is only a calorie difference of about 30 calories. However, there is a WHOPPING 5 grams of fiber in the bran flakes which constitutes about 20% of your daily value! Fiber is extremely important to weight loss because it will help control hunger and fight off munchies. Fiber will help you to stay full longer because it takes longer to digest (Good), cleans out your colon, & binds to toxins/cholesterol/fat etc before it can be absorbed by the system. Oatmeal does this as well because of the fiber in it. By switching to the bran flakes, you will receive the same benefits as the oatmeal with the taste change! i had the same problem but i was depressed, that's how it started and i would do risky things to get over my problems. and i also wanted to be loved but not the parents love. i wanted more than that. but what happen is that my parents later found out and took me into therapy and they told my parents almost everything that i was going through. either way i don't think you can go to a psychiatrist without your parents knowing unless you call those help hot-lines but those don't really work cause i called before.

Does your baby get upset by smells?

I wanted to see if this has happened to any one else. My 4 1/2 month old has only been to my mom's house twice, but both times she has screamed her head off and it's a cry we never hear otherwise. Our baby is the best and only cries when she's hungry or tired, so this fussing is very strange to us. My mom is a smoker and of course doesn't smoke while our daughter is there, but her house of course has that smell - even though when you walk in you would never know they are smokers because they cover it up with other scents such as candles. She doesn't start crying right away when she is there, but after about 15 min. it will set in a doesn't stop until after we leave. She's only done this one other place other than my mom's and it was at my sister-in-law's that was burning a fire in the fireplace and also had candles going. So I started to think she was getting upset by the smells. I asked the pediatrician about it and he said that it could be it and she could be just as scared of smells as she is any physical thing. But of course my mom and step-father won't listen that that is what it is. Can any one else help me out here in proving that is what it is? They try to tell me that it's because I feed her as soon as we get there. I think my reasoning makes a little more sense! I know mother knows best, but try telling your own mother that! :)

Laptop processor/RAM question!!!?

I just bought the Gateway P-6831FX laptop. It has been upgraded to a T7250 (2Ghz, 800 FSB). The only problem I think I have, is that, the 3GB of memory in only runs at 667Mhz. Will that 667Mhz slow down the processor's FSB to 667Mhz? Please help, Thanks!

All of those games except Hitman are not going to happen. Onboard video means you have to share your system RAM, uming you have the fastest onboard graphics the world can offer on the fastest processor known to man you are still not going to be able to run these games. Because the system RAM has to do double duty (handle game engine and physics + OpenGL). To further rub salt in the wound, system RAM is generally slower clocked than VRAM, this means even if the RAM was triple channel and each channel was feeding each major game aspect (game engine, physics, and GFX/OpenGL) it would still be stupidly slower than GDDR3 running at its ridiculous speeds.

I think I'm crazy!!!?

It sound's like you are very frustrated, and I think a lot of it is from being a teenager. When I was younger, I found out my mom had ms, then my sister went crazy, and a whole bunch of other things. I felt very helpless and sad;and I felt like I should just end it. I felt like that for a really long time, but as I got older(I'm almost 30 now) life started making more sense, things weren't as bad. And I realized hurting myself would be very selfish and not help anything. So no I don't think too much damage has been done. Keep hanging on. Not saying everything is going to be great, but looking back you will see it wasn't as bad as you thought.

My baby use dto sleep 6-7 hours straight without waking up. Some ppl say to put him to sleep by 8pm.?

But i think its too early. Now he wakes up every 3-4 hours. what am i doing wrong. Also he stopped sleeping throughout when he started teething it just doesn't make sense when he's not teething that night. I started just putting back his pacifier and touching and speaking softly so he'll go back to bed, and it worked last night, but then around 5 am i had to give him milk. what tips can you give me so that he have sleep through like he used to.

Would It Be My Fault If My Friend Commits Suicide?

I became friend with this girl named Laura over a year ago. When I befriended her, I didn't realize that she had so many problems. I decided to take her to a movie since she seemed lonely and depressed. Then I didn't talk to for about a month or so. Then I got a call from her that she was in the mental hospital for swallowing pills. Something about missing her brother because he died along time ago. So I visited her in the mental hospital and brought flowers and an inspirational book. I felt kind of guilty because I didn't know her condition was that bad and thought that maybe I should have done more than just take her to a movie one time. When she got out of the hospital, we continued to be friends. We did alot together. I spent a lot of time and money on making her feel special. I even took her to see an aroma therapist. However, I just can't deal with her anymore. She is constantly negative, no matter how hard I've tried to correct her thoughts, she's still negative. She constantly talks about the following things: Fears of being a tramp, fears of being a , fears of becoming a offender, fears of going to hell, fears of someone sneaking in her room and sterilizing her in the middle of the night, her boyfriend not loving her, someone abusing her and not being able to remember it, fears of being fat, the voices in her head taunting her, fears of committing suicide, on and on and on. I've got my own major problem right now. My boyfriend d me and I'm 9 months pregnant. My baby is going to be born this monday and he is being adopted. So, I am not going to be in the mood to put up with my insane friend anymore because I'm going through my own crisis. I'm going to be dealing with parting with my baby boy and can't be a support to someone like her anymore. My adoption councelor told me that if I'm staying friends with her because I'm afraid of her committing suicide, then it is co-dependent. So I tried ignoring her phone calls for a while. But then upon listening to her voice messages, I felt guilty and bought her a gift and visited. When I got there I found out that she was contemplating suicide because she did not get the job that she wanted. Even though she doesn't need the money because she's on Social Security, but it made her feel like a loser that she didn't get a job. I don't know what to do, ignoring her just makes her think that I'm mad at her. But I can't continue this friendship anymore specifically with my baby situation. How do I break this off? I've tried introducing her to a couple of my other friends so she'd have someone else to talk to but it hasn't worked out. Every time she meets one of my friends, the first thing she tells them is that she swallowed pills in the past. Please give me some advice. Thanks

Does my mother have grandparents' rights? Military family involved..?

Long story short, my mother isn't able to see her granddaughter. Her daughter (my sister) refuses to let her see the baby, she is crazy and thinks our mother wants to steal her baby. Which, in reality, someone SHOULD, because she doesn't take care of her 8-month-old. She went as low as to put a restraining order on our mother in which she falsely accused her of abusing her, but the judge thought she was an idiot and dropped those charges thankfully. My mother would like to be able to see the baby now and again to know that she is okay. They are in Florida now. Mom took care of that baby (my sister never touched the baby) for 3 months straight, if that matters. I believe FL has grandparent's rights, but my sister is married to an abusive soldier (she won't tell police, she doesn't want to leave him, then she would have to live with mom and go by rules, she'd rather endanger her child), what if they get sent somewhere overseas? Then what hope does my mother have in seeing her granddaughter? What about when they move out of Florida in general? She just wants to be able to make sure the baby is okay, but my sister is absolutely psychotic and hates our mother beyond all belief, for no reason (other than that mom tried to enforce rules, which is what parents do-she's just severely rebellious).

Disagree. Because when you meet Beowulf in the poem, he's already a grown man, not a boy. And honestly I don't see any personal growth in him other than that he takes charge over Heorot, which isn't really a growth rather than a gain in status. The story is really more of a chronicle of Beowulf's life in terms of being a hero. Are ALL pot roasts dry and tasteless?

I have made beef roast several times, in several diferent ways. What could I be doing wrong? They are always tasteless and dry. I tried searing the outside and cooking the inside in a crock pot for 4 hours, in a mixture of coke (which I was told was a tenderizer) and beef broth - it was the worst yet. It was extremely dry and had no flavor. I have tried cooking in the oven, but that is dry also. My best bet is cooking all day (8 hours) in a crock pot - it is more tender, but still lacks flavor. I put in kosher salt, pepper, potatoes, onions, and carrots with various types of seasonings. Maybe I am buying the wrong kind of roast? I usually buy Beef Chuck Roast - English. it is a leaner cut - maybe that is my first problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Convince mom to let me use her car?

Ok i sell avon at the encouragement of my mother. Things are going ok but theres one problem. Whenever i need to put out brochures or run avon related errands shes wont allow me to drive unless shes in the car. The issue with this is there are some days more so than not that she says shes "too tired" to go anywhere. Even though all sh has to do is sit in the pengers side and ride. This has been going on for weeks. If she does not feel up to it she wont go er go I cant drive her car. Well this would be fine if i had a car of my own but i dont. She never bought me one bc she said it was "too much freedom" for a woman in her 20s. So now i have to save up to get my own car. Until i can find a full time job the only means of making money I have is avon. So I am sort of confused at this point. I have been working out for the past six months and have made large gains strength wise. For bicep curls, I am able to curl 35 lbs to 40 lbs each arm for around 8 to 6 reps respectively (3 sets). In my opinion and compared to my peers, the weight I curl is pretty good. However, my gain in m is very marginal and my arms are still pretty small compared to others. I weigh around 150-155 lbs and am 17 years old. So my question is, how come I have made such gains in strength and can lift more than others, but my arms are still relatively small?

First of all CyberGuy is not very fair as their are many Best Buy ociates that know what they are talking about. The problem is now, and as early as 2008, some stores, not all, started having roaming ociates who would help out as needed in any department as a this was a result of people complaining that they would see 3 - 5 ociates in 1 department (Media) not busy and yet people in HT departments (the bread and er of some of the BBs) waiting 10 minutes for help so you would get someone who know nothing about DVD or Blu ray players trying to sell you the home brand because they were told to do so as it was more profitable. In 2009 the products with the Insignia and Dynex (now they are all known as Dynex but still carry the Insignia name) started using more common parts made by the same manufacturers that installed parts for LG, Samsung, and believe it or not Zenith) It may be that you got the last batch of lesser quality products, but it could also be that you are right, the firmware (not software) is outdated, you may need to remove it from your wall and see if there is a reset on, or at the very least unplug it and plug it back in. Sometimes this action by itself resets the player to an initial state (not totally), You should be able to use the remote and try and set it back to the original factory status. If it still doesn't play a Blu ray or DVD, it could be that it needs a firmware update. You should be able to go to bestbuy.com or call 1-888-BESTBUY and ask where to download firmware update onto a disc from your computer. If you get the latest firmware, updates, it will have all the previous firmware plus whatever they added at the last time they updated it so you wont need to get all the updates inbetween. If after all that it still doesn't work, go out and buy a Sony wireless for about $180 - 200 as it will cost more to fix, and then connect it to you network and have it set to always look for and then install firmware updates.

Attitude in A school will help. Once the service has invested in your training they will help you. I might not always be pleasant since that extra help might mean night study (loss of liberty). I went to both electronics A school (TI 1965-1966) and Electronics B school (Great Lakes 1969-1970) We did have people that had trouble with math but as long as they were willing to work for it the Navy did everything to support them. When a person is sent to Advanced electronics the government has mad a huge investment in them. It is in the interest of the service to help them succeed

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and last night I had a dream that has been bothering me all day. I was fishing at a lake. I was 12-15 feet about the lake on a dock. I was catching one huge fish after another. Then I couln't pull this fish up. I finally got it out of the water and there was a boy about 6 years old(i didn't know) hooked through the neck and he wasn't moving. I pulled him up and started doing cpr, but then I got worried that wouldn't work, so I sat him up and started 'burping' him. Immediatly he started projectile vomiting red lego's and he lived. First off my pregnancy tests were sooo faint at first that I thought it was in my head. Try not drinking anything befor bed and testing in the morning. My opk tests did work as test for pregnancy too. I guess its the hcg. Read on the back of boxes of prg tests for how sensitive. Most are 25hcg but try and get 15 or 20. Spider Bite?

I was dreaming that I was in the house with my dad, he was watching tv, I was in my room. A huge spider jumped on the back of my neck and bit me. I ran to my dad to tell him, and we could see the spider venom going down my spine in a black line, spreading rapidly. All of a sudden we are at a hospital & my dad is frantically trying to get a docter to help me, but there is no one but a nurse available & says that she can't help us and all the docters are currently busy. While my dad is running up and down the corridors of the hospital to find a docter, the venom is spreading further down my spine. What does this mean?
